Taylor Colby, MPH

Taylor oversees the Center’s comprehensive policy network of key stakeholders and collaborators focused on adolescent development at the state level. In this role, she conducts policy research, amplifies findings to relevant audiences, and leads the development of state-focused policy briefs and related materials on issues affecting adolescents. Taylor holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and brings years of government experience in policy work.
